In our Portuguese Cod Cooking Class, you’ll dive into the rich culinary tradition of Portugal’s most beloved fish, learning to cook a variety of authentic dishes using time-honored recipes. 👨‍🍳 What You’ll Learn: - The history and cultural significance of bacalhau in Portuguese cuisine. - How to prepare the salted cod properly. - Traditional codfish recipes, such as Bacalhau à Brás, Bacalhau com Natas, Bacalhau à Gomes de Sá, and more! Using fresh, high-quality ingredients, this hands-on cooking experience will allow you to master Portugal’s most iconic fish while enjoying a fun and interactive culinary adventure. Important notes: - People with allergies and dietary restrictions must communicate 72 hours in advance; - People who want to reserve a place for one person must send an email (info@thechefscompany.pt ) making a request before finalizing the booking; - Cooking Classes only take place with a minimum number of 2 people; - Not suitable for: Wheelchair users; Vegans or People with food allergies; Children under 6 years.
