Cookies Policy
This document informs the User about the technologies used by this Application to achieve the purposes described below. Said technologies allow the Owner to access information and store it (for example, through the use of a Cookie) or use resources (for example, run a script) on a User's device as they interact with this Application.
For simplicity, all of these technologies are identified as “Trackers” in this document – unless there is a reason to distinguish them. For example, while Cookies can be used in both web and mobile browsers, it would be incorrect to talk about Cookies in the context of mobile applications, in that they are a web browser-based Tracker. For this reason, in the context of this document, the term Cookies is only used in cases where it is intended to make specific reference to this type of Tracker.
Some of the purposes for which Trackers are used may also require the User's consent. Whenever consent is given, consent may be freely withdrawn at any time based on the instructions contained in this document.
This Application only uses Trackers managed directly by the Owner ("own" Trackers). The validity and expiry dates of own Cookies and other similar Trackers may differ depending on the duration established by the Owner. Some of them expire when the User's browsing session ends.
Activities strictly necessary for the use of this service (this Application) and for the provision of the Service
This Application uses so-called "technical" cookies and other similar Trackers to carry out activities that are strictly necessary for the functioning or provision of the Service.
How to manage preferences and give or withdraw consent
There are several ways to manage preferences related to Trackers and to provide and withdraw consent when relevant:
Users can manage preferences related to Trackers directly from their own device settings, for example, preventing the use or storage of Trackers.
Additionally, where use of Trackers is based on consent, Users can provide or withdraw that consent by setting their preferences in the cookie notice or updating those preferences accordingly via the relevant consent preferences privacy widget, if available.
It is also possible, through the relevant browser or device features, to delete previously stored trackers, including those used to remember the User's initial consent preferences.
Other trackers in the browser's local memory can be deleted by deleting the browsing history.
Finding Tracker Settings
The User can, for example, find information on how to manage Cookies in the most used browsers, at the following links:
Google Chrome
Mozilla Firefox
Apple Safari
Microsoft Internet Explorer
Microsoft Edge
Brave
Opera
You can also manage certain categories of Trackers used in mobile applications through the applicable device settings, for example opting out of mobile advertising settings, or tracking settings in general (Users can open the device settings and look for the definition in question).
Consequences of refusing to use trackers
Users are free to decide whether or not to allow the use of Trackers. However, please note that Trackers help this Application to provide a better experience and advanced features to Users (in accordance with the objectives described in this document). Therefore, if the User chooses to block the use of Trackers, the Owner may not be able to provide related features.
